近年来,地震系统坚持将精神文明建设纳入防震减灾事业总体布局中,坚持精神文明建设和业务工作两手抓、两手硬,特别是注重挖掘地震行业资源,积极培育地震特色文化,积累了宝贵经验。通过富有特色、积极有效的精神文明建设,推动了包括监测预报、震灾预防、应急救援三大工作体系和科技创新体系在内的整个防震减灾事业又好又快发展。
