本文的研究范围是对采用当地的旧报纸/旧杂志纸漂白脱墨浆作为化机浆的增强配浆来生产新闻纸进行评估。对当地的旧报纸/旧杂志纸按三种不同的比率进行取样后重新打浆、脱墨和过氧化氢漂白,采用DTPA和EDTA分别作为螯合剂。获得的最好的脱墨浆与长纤维(LF)浆和当地的化机浆混合,确定了制备的手抄片的强度和光学性能。结果表明采用EDTA的漂白脱墨浆可以将配比提高到30%,与化机浆和长纤维浆混合,减少长纤维浆的消耗。EDTA的结果更好些,化学性能和机械性能的结果都比DTPA好。EDTA对于强度性能的影响机理有助于防止过氧化氢分解,因此在漂白段可以改良更多的木质素,从而获得更好的强度性能。
The research scope of this paper is to evaluate the production of newsprint by using the local old newspaper / old magazine paper bleaching deinking pulp as reinforcing pulp. Samples of old local / old magazine papers were sampled at three different rates and then beamed, deinked and hydrogen peroxide bleached using DTPA and EDTA as chelating agents respectively. The best deinked pulp obtained was mixed with a long fiber (LF) pulp and a local machine pulp to determine the strength and optical properties of the prepared hand sheet. The results showed that the bleaching deinking pulp with EDTA can increase the proportion to 30%, and mix with the organic pulp and long fiber pulp to reduce the consumption of long fiber pulp. The results for EDTA are better and the results for chemical and mechanical properties are better than for DTPA. The mechanism by which EDTA affects strength properties helps prevent hydrogen peroxide from decomposing, so more lignin can be modified at the bleaching stage to achieve better strength properties.
