由于8月份仍是一个传统休假月,精油与合成香料市场变化仍然不大。大多数品种的精油与合成香料的需求都能得到满足。美国产精油不仅橙产量的最后数字比预计的要低,而且对下一产季产量的预计仍然比较悲观。佛罗里达产橙油及其柑桔萜烯类产品的供应商仍然针对具体订单进行报价。德克萨斯和维吉尼亚产柏木油的价格仍然较坚挺。薄荷油(椒样薄荷油和留兰香油的情况)也是如此。由于近期阿根廷图库曼省出现不寻常的霜冻情况,因此加州柠檬油的价格也上涨了。
As August is still a traditional holiday month, the market for essential oils and synthetic fragrances remains modest. The needs of most varieties of essential oils and synthetic flavors are met. Not only is the final figure for the U.S.-made oil production below the expected orange output, but the forecast for the next production is still pessimistic. Florida orange oil and its tangerine terpene suppliers are still quoted for specific orders. Cedarwood oil prices in Texas and Virginia are still firmer. The same is true of peppermint oil (Peppermint and Spearmint oil). Due to the unusual frost conditions in Tucumán, Argentina, the price of California lemon oil has also risen.
