作者对1973～1980年收治的7例白血病前期病例的骨髓染色体作了检查,其中男6、女2例,年龄20～28及50～52岁者各4及3例。白血病细胞分型:阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿转亚急性粒细胞白血病1例。原发性血小板减少性紫癜转红白血病或急性粒细胞性白血病各1例,再生障碍性贫血及继发性贫血各3及1例均转红白血病。骨髓染色体检查3及4次者4
The authors examined 7 cases of bone marrow chromosomes from 1973 to 1980 in pre-leukemia patients, including 6 males and 2 females, and 4 and 3 females aged 20-28 and 50-52 years. Leukemia Cell Typing: One Case of Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria Subacute Myelogenous Leukemia.
