引起机器频繁过流的原因有以下三种:①闸流管灯丝电压过高超过6.6V 引起闸流管不能消电离造成过流。②加速管灯丝电缆击穿。③过流联锁保护电路坏。当机器出现频繁过流故障后,曾试图通过降低三稳电压来使机器恢复正常,但是未能达到预期目的。这证明闸流管灯丝电压没有超过6.6V 而引起过流现象,排除了第一种原因。然后又调低三调电压再开机试,故障依然,但是比三调降低前机器正常运行的时间要长
Frequent over-current caused by the machine there are three reasons: ① Thyristor filament voltage is too high over 6.6V caused by the thyristor can not eliminate ionization caused over-current. ② Accelerator filament cable breakdown. ③ over-current interlock protection circuit is bad. When the machine experienced frequent overcurrent faults, attempts were made to restore the machine to normal conditions by reducing the tri-stable voltage but did not achieve its intended purpose. This shows that the thyristor filament voltage does not exceed 6.6V caused overcurrent phenomenon, ruled out the first reason. Then turn down the three tone voltage and then turn on the test, the fault is still, but more than the three tone to reduce the normal operation of the former machine longer
