为探讨化爆条件下碳纤维布对钢筋混凝土板的加固效果,利用LS-DYNA软件分别建立加固RC板和普通RC板的分离式有限元模型。考虑了空气介质的影响,利用流固耦合算法模拟了集团装药接触爆炸对两种板的破坏效应。结果表明:该模型能较好地反映RC板的局部破坏特征。两种板呈现不同的破坏特点:加固板板底分布着大量次生裂缝,普通板底主裂缝明显并有隆起产生。比较表明:碳纤维布加固可提高板的整体性,缓解钢筋应力,有效减轻震塌破坏作用。而板底保护层混凝土的大量破坏则表明该部位是结构加固后的薄弱环节。
In order to investigate the reinforcing effect of carbon fiber cloth on reinforced concrete slabs under the condition of detonation, a separate finite element model of reinforced RC slab and ordinary RC slab was established by using LS-DYNA software. Taking into account the influence of air medium, the destructive effect of group explosive charge on the two kinds of plates was simulated by using the fluid-solid coupling algorithm. The results show that this model can well reflect the local damage characteristics of RC plate. The two kinds of plates show different characteristics of damage: a large number of secondary cracks are distributed at the bottom of the reinforcement plate, and the main cracks of the common plate bottom are obvious and uplift occurs. The comparison shows that the reinforcement of carbon fiber cloth can improve the integrity of the board, relieve the stress of the steel bar and effectively reduce the damage effect of the collapse. The substantial destruction of concrete at the bottom of the protective layer indicates that the site is the weakest link after structural reinforcement.
