治疗消化道溃疡药物很多,笔者1998年2月～2000年12月采用洛赛克和丽珠胃三联治疗消化道溃疡82例,取得良好疗效。现报道如下。1 临床资料 本文82例均有上腹部疼痛,恶心,腹胀,9例曾有出血史,82例均经胃镜检查及病理证实为良性溃疡。其中胃溃疡18例,12指肠球部溃疡56例,幽门管溃疡4例,复合性溃
Treatment of many peptic ulcer drugs, the author in February 1998 ~ December 2000 Losec and Lizhu triple therapy of 82 cases of peptic ulcer and achieved good results. Report as follows now. 1 Clinical data 82 cases of upper abdominal pain, nausea, abdominal distension, bleeding history had 9 cases, 82 cases were confirmed by gastroscopy and pathological benign ulcer.
