为测试复方阴道栓剂（CG栓）疗效及毒性和刺激性。方法：采用测定药物最低抑菌浓度（MIC）和家兔阴道接触药物实验法进行研究。结果：CG栓体外抗菌作用与其主药氛霉素相当或更好，对临床常见致病菌疗效明显，且无明显毒性及刺激性作用。结论：CG栓是一种较为安全有效的药物。
To test the efficacy of compound vaginal suppository (CG suppository) and toxicity and irritation. Methods: The determination of drug minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and rabbit vaginal contact drug experimental study. Results: The antibacterial effect of CG in vitro was comparable to or better than that of its main drug, somnomycin, and it had obvious curative effect on common pathogenic bacteria in clinical practice without obvious toxicity and irritant effects. Conclusion: CG suppository is a safer and more effective drug.
