解放后几年来,由于党的正确领导,我县大力开展了血吸虫病的防治工作,并对晚期腹水采用了中医疗法,已经取得了很大的成效。目前,通过巡迴医疗、医药上门的方法,对晚期腹水病人巳基本治完,计治疗2,432名,挽救了很多的病人,且远期疗效也认为满意。治疗方法是采用中医药研究小粗所创用的三因控涎丹、玉金捎痞丸等方,通过临床观察,并作了二百余例的临床分析,对促进肝脾缩小和软化,确具有一定的疗效。由于使用的方剂毒性很低,对于重病和有心、肺、肾等夹杂症者,使用也很安全,同时药物采制简便,价格低廉,有推广价值。现将消除腹水和改善肝脾功能
