抓住“四五”普法深人发展的有利时机,努力探索档案法制宣传教育的长效工作机制。这是中共上海市委常委、市委秘书长宋仪侨在12月29日召开的、有300多人参加的上海市“三五’档案法制宣传教育总结表彰会上,向全市法制宣传部门和档案部门提出的新要求。 上海档案“三五”普法宣传教育坚持系统重点教育,面向社会宣传,推动依法治档,已初步形成了领导得力、组织健全、职能落实的档案普法工作机制,通过突出重点、抓住关键、多管齐下、广泛宣传,提高了档案普法的实际效果。同时涌现出了 59个先进集体、11个优秀组织单位和53名先进个人。上海市档案局也被评为市“三五”法制宣传教育先进集体。进人“四五”普法以来,在制订颁布全市档案法制宣传教育“四五”规划的同时,上海市档案局与市司法局、市法制宣传教育领导小组办公室继续紧密联手,建立了全市档案法津法规宣传教育联席会制度,并下发了《关于在“四五”普法期间进一步深人开展档案法律法规宣传教育的通知》。
