在过去的几年中,内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市东胜区总人口快速增加到60万,全区人员密集场所、高层建筑和综合性建筑以及各类新型化工企业翻倍增加,火灾风险和防控压力持续加大,消防工作面临着基础设施建设相对滞后,消防监管理念陈旧,群众消防意识淡薄和现役消防力量严重不足无法实现监管全覆盖等五大难题,消防形势日趋严峻,消防工作刻不容缓,迫在眉睫!
