介绍了WBX－128型220kV变电站微机综合自动化系统的特点、原理、构成及相关性能。该系统在国内变电站综合自动化系统中首次提出保护与控制联合的概念，并完全采用面向对象的设计方法成功地实现了系统。该系统适用于220kV及以下各级变电站、开关站，已于1997年元月通过部级鉴定。
The characteristics, principle, constitution and related performance of WBX-128 220kV substation microcomputer integrated automation system are introduced. This system first proposed the concept of joint protection and control in the integrated substation automation system in China, and successfully implemented the system by completely adopting the object-oriented design method. The system is suitable for 220kV and below all levels of substation, switch station, in January 1997 passed the ministerial level appraisal.
