淮安市2009—2011年食管癌发病死亡情况分析

食管癌是我国常见的恶性消化道肿瘤,是危害人类生命和健康的严重疾病之一。江苏省淮安市是食管癌高发区之一,根据淮安市肿瘤登记处连续3年的死因监测资料显示恶性肿瘤为淮安地区居民的首位死因,其中食管癌占全部恶性肿瘤的32.02%,恶性肿瘤已经成为淮安地区严重威胁人民健康的重大公共卫生问题之一[1]。 Esophageal cancer is a common malignant gastrointestinal cancer in China, which is one of the serious diseases endangering human life and health. Huai’an City, Jiangsu Province is one of the high incidence areas of esophageal cancer. According to the monitoring data of death causes of Huai’an City Cancer Registry for three consecutive years, malignant tumors are the first cause of death among residents in Huaian area. Among them, esophageal cancer accounts for 32.02% of all malignant tumors, It has become one of the major public health problems seriously threatening people’s health in Huai’an [1].
