目的调查济南市居民社区卫生服务的利用和满意度情况,为进一步开展城市社区卫生服务工作提供依据。方法 2010年1月-2010年3月期间,对济南市211家社区卫生服务机构就诊患者进行问卷调查。结果就诊居民以退休或离休居多(41.88%);当自感病轻时首选社区卫生服务机构的比例最高(92.71%),当自感病重时选择社区卫生服务机构的比例为8.35%;本次服务类型主要为病伤诊治(41.06%);除医疗设备和药品价格外,就诊居民对社区卫生服务的满意度均高于80.00%。结论济南市居民对社区卫生服务有较高的满意度。今后应进一步加大投入,从多层面、多环节为患者考虑,改进工作,使社区卫生服务工作为更多的居民所接受。
Objective To investigate the utilization and satisfaction of community health service in Ji’nan residents and provide the basis for further carrying out urban community health service. Methods From January 2010 to March 2010, 211 community health service agencies in Jinan were surveyed by questionnaire. Results Residents were most likely to retire or retired (41.88%). The highest proportion of community health service agencies (92.71%) preferred when they were mild and 8.35% when they chose community health service The main service types were diagnosis and treatment of sickness and injuries (41.06%); residents’ satisfaction with community health services was higher than 80.00% except medical equipment and medicine prices. Conclusion Jinan residents have higher satisfaction with community health services. In the future, we should further increase investment, consider patients from multiple perspectives and multiple links, and improve our work so that community health service work will be accepted by more residents.
