目的评价某区快速检测管理体系,为完善管理模式提供依据。方法以浑浊度为例,通过指标设计,评价仪器及标准物质管理、操作人员检测能力、检测结果、检测报告质量。结果标准物质检测及室间比对结果良好,操作人员检测能力评价值较低。结论该区卫生监督快速检测管理体系较为完善,操作人员检测能力不足,应针对性加强质控体系建设,确保监督性检测的公信力。
Aim To evaluate the rapid testing management system in a certain area and provide the basis for improving the management mode. Methods Take turbidity as an example, through the design of indicators, evaluation instruments and standard substance management, operator detection ability, test results, test report quality. Results The results of standard test and intercomparison were good, and the evaluation value of operator’s test ability was low. Conclusion The district health supervision and rapid detection management system is relatively perfect, the operator’s detection capability is insufficient, and the quality control system construction should be targeted to ensure the credibility of supervision and inspection.
