(一)目的做红血球与氧结合的实验,说明经血球内血红蛋白的特性,供高中人体解剖生理学红血球和氧的运送一节教学用(我认为做此实验是必要的)。(二)材料取新鲜的动物血(如鸡血)放入玻璃试管或烧杯中(大小根据所需血量决定),不加任何处置,使其自行凝固成血块。(三)用具(1)玻璃试管或烧杯;(2)根据实验小组多寡准备玻璃皿,每组一个;(3)手术刀、镊子每组各一把。(四)操作方法和步骤(1)将置备的凝固血块
