目的 观察高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)对肿瘤营养血管的破坏作用及其数字减影血管造影 (DSA )的影像学变化。方法 采用DSA和病理结合的方法 ,观察HIFU对兔VX2 肝脏肿瘤营养血管破坏情况。结果 DSA显示肿瘤的异常血管结构主要包括血管紊乱 ,肿瘤染色和血管湖形成 ;HIFU治疗后 ,肿瘤血管影减少或消失。病理观察肿瘤营养血管和肿瘤组织发生凝固性坏死。结论 HIFU能完全破坏肿瘤营养血管 ,使肿瘤出现继发性缺血坏死 ,从而加强了HIFU对肿瘤细胞的直接破坏作用。
Objective To observe the damage effect of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) on tumor nutrient vessels and the imaging changes of digital subtraction angiography (DSA). Methods The method of combining DSA with pathology was used to observe the nutritional vascular destruction of rabbit VX2 liver tumor induced by HIFU. Results DSA showed that the abnormal vascular structure of the tumor mainly included vascular disturbance, tumor staining and formation of vascular lake. After HIFU treatment, tumor angiogram decreased or disappeared. Pathological observation of tumor neovascularization and neovascularization of tumor tissue. Conclusion HIFU can completely destroy the nutrient vessels of the tumor and make the tumor appear secondary necrosis of ischemia, thus strengthening the direct destruction of tumor cells by HIFU.
