由于超塑变形有强的结构敏感性,因此衡量材料超塑性的重要力学指标m值不仅与应力状态有关,而且与加载方式有关.作者建立的定高度压力跃变法测量超塑胀形m值的公式,虽然考虑了双拉应力状态,但是没有涉及加压方式,显然不能满足理论研究和实际应用的要求.为此,本文从m值的定义出发,引用作者导出的自由胀形等效应力和等效应变速率的解析表达式,给出不同的典型加压方式的超塑胀形m值公式及测量方法。
Due to the strong structural sensitivity of superplastic deformation, the value of m, an important mechanical index for measuring the superplasticity of material, is not only related to the stress state but also to the loading method. Formula, although the double tensile stress state is considered, it does not involve the pressurization method, which obviously can not meet the requirements of theoretical research and practical application.Therefore, this paper starts from the definition of m value, and refers to the equivalent stress of free bulge derived by the author and The analytical expression of equivalent strain rate gives the formulas and measurement methods of superplastic bulging m values under different typical pressurization methods.
