最近,水利电力部在京举办了第一期全国水文领导干部訓练班。在訓练班結业前,参加学习的全体同志为了响应党中央关于开展增产节約运动的号召,向全国水文测站(队)职工提出了开展社会主义劳动竞赛的倡議书,希望各級水文测站职工积极响应这一倡议。目前已届汛期,各地应特別加強对社会主义劳动竞赛运动的領导,充分发动群众,发揮全体职工的积极性和創造性,不断提高水文测报质量。
Recently, the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power held the first training course for leading national hydrological leaders in Beijing.
