随着科学技术的不断发展,电力拖动自动化在各行业中得到广泛采用。采用先进的电子技术以实现林产工业加工自动化,提高生产效率,减轻工人的劳动强度。如在制材生产中卧式带锯机的无级调速,刨切单板机的调速,林区旅游架空素道的调速等都广泛采用电力拖动自动化。 作者以给某木材综合加工厂设计的卧式带锯进料滚筒可控硅无级调速系统为例,论述了电力拖动自动化系统各环节的原理及其在木材加工中的具体应用。并介绍了双闭环系统的调试方法,整流变压器、平波电抗器容量的计算、可控硅元件的选择及可控硅保护元件参数的计算。可供使用单位的有关电气技术人员、维修人员安装调试时参考。
