陈德荣、顾抗两位同志“关于研究和确立我国会计电算化基本原则和技术标准的几点意见”对当前推广会计电算化工作很有借鉴作用。财政部在“十年会计改革纲要”中将推广会计电算化、建立会计信息中心作为一项重点工作部署、落实。欢迎广大会计工作者就文中提出的八个研究专题各抒己见、踊跃来稿。本刊负责将来稿作为专题研究成果转交上海市会计学会课题组,并在《会计电算化》专栏刊登。课题研究的成果权属来稿作者。
Chen Derong, Gu Kang and two comrades “on the study and establish the basic principles of computerized accounting and technical standards in China” on the current promotion of computerized accounting work for reference. Ministry of Finance in the “Ten-year Accounting Reform Compendium” will promote accounting computerization, the establishment of accounting information center as a key work to deploy and implement. The majority of accounting workers are welcome to express their views on the eight research topics, enthusiastically contributed. This journal is responsible for transmitting the manuscript as a special research project to the Shanghai Accounting Association Task Force and published in the column entitled “Accounting for Computerization”. The outcome of the research project is the author of the contribution.
