从分立器件目前的工艺状况到现有单片半导体集成样品,本文对用于远距离通信的光电子器件进行了综述,并且对各种集成器件进行了简单分类。在IBCN分配网络的未来前景方面,我们以经济利益为目标对混成和单片这两种集成方式进行了尝试性的分析。最后,我们简单介绍EEC ESPRIT和RACE规划进行的关于单片集成技术的一些研究活动。
From the state of the art of discrete devices to the current monolithic semiconductor integrated samples, this article reviews optoelectronic devices used for long-range communications and simply classifies various integrated devices. In terms of the future prospects of the IBCN distribution network, we conducted a tentative analysis of the hybrid and monolithic integration approaches with the economic interest in mind. Finally, we briefly introduce some of the research activities on monolithic integration made possible by the EEC ESPRIT and RACE programs.
