本文用醛—锇酸固定法对大鼠下丘脑弓状核的超微结构进行了研究。结果表明,正常大白鼠的弓状核有两型细胞。这两型细胞中都存在着中心密度不同的颗粒小泡,这些小泡和高尔基复合体的密切关系表明,其形成和细胞结构有关。并提示颗粒小泡含有单胺成分前体和释放因子。
In this paper, aldehyde - osmium acid fixation of the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus ultrastructural studies. The results show that there are two types of cells in the arcuate nucleus of normal rats. Both types of cells present different density of central granular vesicles. The close relationship between these vesicles and the Golgi complex suggests that their formation is related to the cell structure. And suggested that the vesicles contained precursors and release factors of monoamine components.
