班主任工作是一门极富艺术性的工作,但艺术不等于技巧。技巧似乎包含了特定的目标,甚至是“心机”;而艺术,则是一种享受,一种源自于内心的真诚,并将这份真诚,悄无声息浸润在自己所从事的事业中。与学生的沟通交流过程更是如此,只有真诚地面对学生,才能真正地走进学生的心灵世界。正如老子所说:“以道御术,内圣外王。”只有以大道来承载智术,才能达到最高修为,只有真诚相待,才能春风化雨。记得那是2009年,我任高二(20)班主任,那是
