中药东方神丹粉剂对 5月龄睾丸切除 (去势肾虚证模型 )雄性 Wistar大白鼠术后灌胃 6周 ,结果表明去势鼠前列腺、精囊腺、包皮腺、提肛肌出现明显萎缩 ,东方神丹、阳性对照药及丙酸睾丸素对前列腺、精囊腺及提肛肌具有明显抗萎缩作用 ,前列腺泡上皮细胞 SDH酶活性增强。丙酸睾丸素作用最强 ,东方神丹优于阳性对照药 ,其器官重量指数明显增加 ,组间具有明显统计学差异。结果提示东方神丹具有丙酸睾丸素样作用 ,对维持附属性腺的发育和正常功能具有重要意义
Chinese medicine Dongfangshendan powder administered orally for 6 weeks to male Wistar rats aged 5 months of testicular resection (castrate kidney deficiency syndrome model). The results showed that the prostate, seminal vesicles, preputial glands, and levator ani muscles of ovariectomized rats showed marked atrophy. Shendan, a positive control drug, and testosterone propionate had significant anti-atrophy effect on the prostate, seminal vesicle, and levator ani muscle, and the activity of SDH enzyme in the epithelial cells of the prostate bubble was enhanced. The testosterone propionate had the strongest effect. Dongfang Shendan was better than the positive control drug. Its organ weight index increased significantly. There was a statistically significant difference between the groups. The results suggest that Dongfang Shendan has a testosterone propionate-like effect and is important for maintaining the development and normal function of accessory gonads.
