培养和建立一支高素质、有特色高等职业教育教师队伍是发展高等职业教育的关键,本文试图从师资队伍建设的目标、改善师资队伍学历结构、“双师型”教师队伍建设、兼职教师队伍建设、师资队伍的培训培养工作、高职教学研究、加强教师队伍思想道德建设等方面阐述如何加强高职师资队伍建设,提高教师素质。
