针对省道阳枫线沥青混凝土路面升级改造后在重载交通下短期内发生严重车辙变形破坏,为了提出有效的工程治理措施和优化方案,本文结合现场分析了重载交通下导致车辙破坏因素,认为高温超载、集料级配、沥青质量是3个主要影响因素,拟定了具体的改性措施和路面结构优化方案。运用力学方法构建了重载荷载计算模式,对多种方法提出的剪应力计算公式进行了比较分析,得出了水平力系数f=0.2、0.5时的路面结构层最大剪应力分别为0.455MPa、0.927MPa,路面抗剪强度验算满足要求,表明此重载交通下采用AC-20C中粒式沥青混合料与改性沥青的结合是比较理想的工程方案。
Aiming at the serious rut deformation and destruction in the short run of heavy traffic after the upgrading of Yangfeng line asphalt concrete pavement, in order to propose effective engineering measures and optimization programs, this paper analyzed the factors that led to the rutting under heavy traffic, It is considered that high temperature overload, aggregate gradation and asphalt quality are the three main influencing factors, and concrete modification measures and pavement structure optimization schemes are formulated. The calculation method of heavy load was established by mechanics method and the formulas of shear stresses proposed by various methods were comparatively analyzed. The maximum shear stress of pavement structure layer with horizontal force coefficient f = 0.2 and 0.5 were 0.455MPa, 0.927MPa, the road surface shear strength checking meets the requirements, indicating that this heavy traffic using AC-20C medium-grained asphalt mixture with modified asphalt is an ideal engineering solution.
