随着手机和网络的普及,科技和互联网创业公司在全球遍地开花。很多创业公司在选择地址时,通勤时间和租金,是它们首要考虑的两个因素。但当今聚集了大多数科技公司的城市,往往无法两者兼得,只具有其中一项优势。评估机构Savills针对22个城市调查显示,包括硅谷、香港在内的城市并不是特别适合创业。而德国首都柏林,既是世界上租金最廉价的城市之一,也是22个城市中通勤所需时间最短的城市之一。
With the popularity of mobile phones and the Internet, technology and Internet startups bloom all over the world. Many startups choose the address, commute time and rent, which are two of their top priorities. But today’s cities, where most technology companies are clustered, often fail to combine both, with only one of them. According to Savills, a rating agency survey of 22 cities, cities including Silicon Valley and Hong Kong are not particularly suitable for starting a business. The capital of Germany, Berlin is not only one of the cheapest cities in the world but also one of the 22 cities with the shortest commute time.
