一、问题1.对小学数学教育的特质认识不清,把握不准。小学教育影响的是一个孩子的一生。孩子要在小学教育里迈出其决定性的第一步。小学教育的奠基性特征要求正确认识小学教育的特质,在关注知识和技能培养的同时我们也应该在数学教学的过程中关注态度、情感和价值观的培养。2.应试教育的枷锁仍然困扰着小学教育。我国的数学教育正面临着严峻的挑战。从教育现代化的角度来看,小学数学教育还存在着不少的问题:教学内容偏窄、偏繁、偏旧;学生学习负担过重,承担着大量的习题
