研究了Cu-Co-O/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,表明主要是由几种尖晶石负载于γ-Al_2O_3构成的体系。这类催化剂具有使低浓度甲苯催化燃烧的能力,而且具有一定的热稳定性。本工作用X-射线衍射分析和DTA研究了此催化剂中形成CuCo_2O_4、Co_3O_4、CuAl_2O_4、CoAl_2O_4尖晶石的诸固相反应及其间的竞争。用BET法和扫描电镜对比表面和表面纹理作了考察。报导了热处理温度与催化活性的关系。
The Cu-Co-O / γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst was investigated, indicating that it is mainly composed of several spinel supported γ-Al_2O_3 system. Such catalysts have the ability to catalyze the combustion of toluene at low concentrations and have some thermal stability. In this work, the solid-state reactions of CuCo 2 O 4, Co 3 O 4, CuAl 2 O 4 and CoAl 2 O 4 spinels in this catalyst were studied by X-ray diffraction and DTA. The BET surface and scanning electron microscopy were used to compare the surface and surface texture. The relationship between heat treatment temperature and catalytic activity is reported.
