我们原设计的浮选流程是一段闭路磨矿、一次粗选、三次精选、一次扫选。但是使用这种选矿流程所得到的各种技术指标非常低,精矿品位为91.2%CaF_2,含SiO_2量高达2.5%,选矿回收率为86.6%。为了改变这种情况,我们进行了第一次流程改进。在将原设计的三次精选改为四次精选后,精矿品位较前提高2.7%,但是选矿回收率较前降低了4.2%。针对着提高精矿质量相应地提高选矿回收率的要求,又进行了第二次的流程改进,即是将四次精选增加为
Our original design flotation process is a closed circuit grinding, a rough selection, three selection, a sweep. However, the various technical indexes obtained by using this beneficiation process are very low. The concentrate grade is 91.2% CaF 2, the content of SiO 2 is up to 2.5% and the beneficiation recovery rate is 86.6%. In order to change this situation, we conducted the first process improvement. After changing from three original designs to four ones, the grade of concentrates increased by 2.7% over the previous year, but the recovery rate of beneficiation decreased by 4.2% over the previous year. Aiming at improving the quality of concentrates and correspondingly increasing the recovery rate of beneficiation, a second process improvement was carried out, which is to increase the four choices to
