采用准三维数值仿真方法对N-11220-1 型凝汽器壳侧的流动和换热性能进行了计算。根据计算结果的分析,提出了改善凝汽器壳侧流动与传热特性的改造方案。数值预测结果证明了改造方案的合理性。结果表明:数值仿真方法是凝汽器改造的强有力的手段。
The quasi-three-dimensional numerical simulation method was used to calculate the flow and heat transfer performance of N-11220-1 condenser shell side. According to the analysis of the calculation results, the improvement scheme of improving the flow and heat transfer characteristics on the condenser shell side is proposed. The numerical prediction proves the rationality of the reconstruction plan. The results show that the numerical simulation method is a powerful tool for condenser retrofit.
