研究环孢素对血脂影响的浓度依赖性。方法对16例肾移植术后患者测定术前和术后血脂及环孢素血药浓度。结果在环孢素血药浓度与术后术前血浆胆固醇及甘油三酯差值之间无统计学相关性。但术后血浆胆固醇的增加在高浓度患者中具有统计学显著性(P>0.05)。结论环孢素对肾移植术后患者血脂的影响呈浓度依赖性。
To study the concentration dependence of cyclosporine on blood lipids. Methods 16 cases of postoperative renal transplantation patients were measured preoperative and postoperative blood lipids and cyclosporine plasma concentrations. Results There was no significant correlation between plasma concentrations of cyclosporine and postoperative plasma cholesterol and triglycerides. However, the postoperative increase in plasma cholesterol was statistically significant in patients with high concentrations (P> 0.05). Conclusion Cyclosporine has a concentration-dependent effect on the blood lipids in patients after kidney transplantation.
