[目的]为了解老年住院病人的疾病构成和死亡原因。[方法]按照国际疾病分类编码原则,对住院病案首页的出院主要诊断进行统计汇总。[结果]老年住院病人的主要死因前3位依次是循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤及呼吸系统疾病。[结论]必须以预防为主,做好社区医疗保健工作,加强健康教育,做到多宣传、多普查、早诊断、早治疗,努力提高医务人员的素质及医疗、护理技术水平,降低老年发病率和死亡率。
[Objective] To understand the disease composition and cause of death in elderly inpatients. [Methods] According to the principle of international classification of diseases, the main diagnosis of discharge on the first page of hospitalized cases were summarized. [Results] The first three major causes of death in aged inpatients were circulatory diseases, malignant tumors and respiratory diseases. [Conclusion] Community-based health care must be well done, health education should be strengthened, multiple publicity campaigns, multi-census, early diagnosis and early treatment should be carried out. Efforts should be made to improve the quality of medical personnel, medical and nursing skills, and reduce the incidence of senile diseases Rate and mortality.
