目的评价卧龙区第三轮全球基金艾滋病项目目标完成情况,为一下工作方案的制订提供依据。方法对卧龙区艾滋病项目的进度报表进行汇总,对其中10个核心指标进行分析。结果截至2008年12月31日,10个核心指标中均超过了预定目标。其中自愿咨询检测人次数的目标完成率为106.32%;接受抗病毒治疗的艾滋病患者数目标完成率138.05%;获得关怀与支持的HIV感染者/艾滋病患者及其家庭数的目标完成率为110.08%;接受机会性感染治疗和预防的艾滋病病人/感染者的目标完成率为108.12%;政府部门与非政府机构主动开展的项目活动数的目标完成率为103.30%;接受生活技能教育的中学生数目标完成率为116.21%。结论卧龙区第三轮艾滋病项目的目标管理,特别是核心指标的完成情况取得了比较理想的效果,但存在个别指标完成率过高或过低的问题,其具体原因有待在今后的工作中进一步探索。
Objective To evaluate the completion of the third round of Global Fund AIDS Project Objectives in Wolong District and provide basis for formulating the work program. Methods The Wolong AIDS Project progress reports were summarized and 10 core indicators were analyzed. Results As of December 31, 2008, the 10 core indicators exceeded the target. Among them, the target completion rate of voluntary counseling and testing was 106.32%; the completion rate of HIV / AIDS patients receiving ART was 138.05%; the target completion rate of HIV / AIDS patients and their families receiving care and support was 110.08% ; Target completion rate of AIDS patients / PLHIV receiving treatment and prevention of opportunistic infections was 108.12%; target completion rates of 103.30% of the project activities initiated by government departments and non-government organizations were targeted; Number of secondary school students receiving life skills education The completion rate was 116.21%. Conclusion The target management of the third round of HIV / AIDS programs in Wolong district, especially the completion of core indicators, has achieved satisfactory results. However, there are some problems that the completion rates of individual indicators are too high or too low. The specific reasons for this are to be further worked in the future explore.
