我任三年级的数学课,在课堂教学中,有的学生非常活跃,尤其是上课时当我讲到他们感兴趣的内容时,或者是他们掌握得比较好的内容时,就显得十分兴奋,教室里就非常活跃,如果这时有老师或领导从教室外路过见到或听到,一定会认为这个班的纪律很乱,教师管理不好学生。每当遇到这种情况,我必须用大声音喊才能使这活跃的气氛平静下来。
