建立了一种ICP-AES法(电感耦合高频等离子光源-原子发射光谱法)以测定水溶液中超痕量铀。利用ICP光源最佳实验条件,即采用铀的两条分析线中任何一条(3859.6(?)或4090.l(?))都可测定0.3M HNO_3溶液中0.05微克铀/毫升。在最低检出限,测定精密度优于2%(相对标准偏差)。由于存在18种金属杂质元素干扰铀的测定,我们采用干扰元素校正法进行校正。用标准化的手续对许多含有杂质的人工合成样品和NBL参考样品进行了分析,测得值与其推荐值一致。
An ICP-AES method (inductively coupled high-frequency plasma source-atomic emission spectrometry) was developed to determine ultra-trace amounts of uranium in aqueous solution. 0.05 μg of uranium per milliliter in a 0.3 M HNO 3 solution was determined using either of the two analytical lines for uranium (3859.6 (?) Or 4090.l (?)) Using the best experimental conditions for ICP light sources. At the lowest detection limit, the precision is better than 2% (relative standard deviation). Since there are 18 kinds of metal impurity elements interfere with the determination of uranium, we use the interference element correction method for correction. A number of synthetic samples containing impurities and NBL reference samples were analyzed by standardized procedures and the measured values agreed with their recommended values.
