目的了解不同海拔的西昌和绍兴地区眼紫外线暴露强度的日间分布及随太阳高度角变化的差异。方法采用自行研制的眼紫外线暴露模型,在晴好天气下,分别在西昌和绍兴地区进行监测。监测的数据运用Ava Soft 7.4 for USB2软件和Origin Pro 8软件进行数据处理和分析。结果最大暴露状态下,西昌和绍兴地区眼紫外线A段(UVA)和紫外线B段(UVB)日间分布均呈双峰型,峰值UVA分别为2 181.91μW/cm~2和2 003.6μW/cm~2;UVB分别为117.2μW/cm~2和72μW/cm~2;眼部和环境暴露比表明,在最大暴露状态下,西昌和绍兴地区UVA基本相近,分别为0.79和0.80,而UVB西昌大于绍兴,分别为0.68和0.55。结论西昌和绍兴地区眼部UVA与UVB最大暴露强度的日间变化呈双峰型分布;相同太阳高度角下,眼部UVB暴露强度西昌高于绍兴,眼部UVB与环境UVB暴露比西昌亦大于绍兴。
Objective To understand the daytime distribution of UV exposure intensity and the difference with solar elevation angle in Xichang and Shaoxing at different altitudes. Methods A self-developed ocular UV exposure model was used for monitoring in Xichang and Shaoxing areas under fine weather. The monitored data was processed and analyzed using Ava Soft 7.4 for USB2 software and Origin Pro 8 software. Results During the maximum exposure, the UVA and UVB of the eyes in the Xichang and Shaoxing regions presented a bimodal pattern with peak UVA values of 2 181.91 μW / cm 2 and 2 003.6 μW / cm ~ 2; UVB was 117.2μW / cm ~ 2 and 72μW / cm ~ 2 respectively. The ratio of eye and environment exposure showed that under the maximum exposure condition, UVA of Xichang and Shaoxing were almost the same, which were 0.79 and 0.80, Greater than Shaoxing, respectively 0.68 and 0.55. Conclusions The diurnal changes of maximum UVA and UVB exposure intensity in Xichang and Shaoxing are bimodal. Under the same solar altitude, the UVB exposure intensity in Xichang is higher than that in Shaoxing, and the UVB and UVB exposure are greater than Xichang Shaoxing.
