经济转型央企重组势在必行当前我国的宏观经济、产业结构、资本市场也正发生着大激荡与大变革,在资源成本、环境成本、社会成本的共同制约下,我国原来依靠低资源价格、低劳动力成本、低附加值带动的经济增长模式已经走到尽头。经济结构正面临转型、产业结构正面临升级,在“调结构”的大战略下,政策要素、资源要素、资本要素等需要在各个经济部门之间重新分配,新的主导产业需要进行重构。因此,“调结构”已经是我国经济、行业、公司、资本市场未来几年内都绕不开的一个核心主题。
