本文报告8例急性心肌梗塞伴有低血压和严重左心机能不全病人,对比观察伍用多巴胺和硝普钠与单用多巴酚丁胺短期治疗的效果。本组8例病人,均在出现胸痛8小时以内及左心功能不全2小时以内进行血液动力学监测。用心导管
This article reports 8 cases of acute myocardial infarction associated with hypotension and severe left ventricular dysfunction in patients with comparison of dopamine and sodium nitroprusside with dobutamine single-use short-term treatment.
