探讨了一种快捷有效的样品预处理方法,即采用聚四氟乙烯高压罐微波消化法处理样品。通过正交试验分析得到较优的消化条件,并在此条件下做锌、铁、锰的添加回收试验,回收率分别为97.05%、94.3%、90.6%,相对标准偏差分别为1.2%、4.1%、3.4%。另外,还做了扩展试验,与国标法对照的试验。通过试验和比较,证实该消化方法具有安全、省时、方便等优点
A quick and effective sample pretreatment method was discussed, that is, the sample was treated by microwave digestion with a Teflon high-pressure tank.
