用大鼠腹腔注射酵母多糖的方法复制出多器官衰竭(MOF)实验模型,运用透射电镜与原位细胞DNA末端标记方法(TUNEL),研究MOF大鼠细胞凋亡现象与规律。结果表明:MOF早期大鼠细胞凋亡异常增多且以免疫器官细胞凋亡为主,电镜所见之凋亡细胞及凋亡小体与TUNEL标记阳性细胞主要分布于胸腺皮质、脾白髓和淋巴结副皮质区。提示:MOF早期免疫器官大规模淋巴细胞凋亡与MOF启动机制有重要关系。
Mice were intraperitoneally injected with zymosan to create a multi-organ failure (MOF) experimental model. The apoptosis and regularity of MOF were observed by transmission electron microscopy and in situ cell DNA end labeling (TUNEL). The results showed that the apoptotic cells in the early stage of MOF were abnormally increased and the apoptosis of immune organs was dominant. The apoptotic cells, apoptotic bodies and TUNEL positive cells observed by electron microscopy were mainly distributed in the thymus cortex, splenic white pulp and lymph nodes Vice cortex area. It is suggested that large-scale lymphocyte apoptosis in MOF early immune organs has an important relationship with MOF promoter.
