近年来,桐乡市公安局会同建设局、体改委等有关部门以濮院镇为试点,就户籍管理制度进行大胆改革,深入实地研究,做了大量基础工作,摸索出一条小城镇户籍制度改革的新路,并结合实际,建立了一套适合濮院镇的户籍管理体制,通过推进,该镇户籍制度改革已初见成效。
