湖南省医药管理局、物价局发出通知,对中药材作价办法作了两处调整:一是由原来产地县、站各加12%,销地县加8%的差率,改为不论产、销地均加15%的差率;二是由原调拨价格受制于市场批发价改为调拨价格由供需双方协商确定。
