作者的实验研究已证实,人胃、结肠粘膜和胃、结肠腺癌含有胃泌素的特异受体。本研究的目的在于确定丙谷酰胺抑制对胃泌素有反应的MC-26结肠癌的生长,以及延长肿瘤患鼠生命的作用。实验一,用1×10~5MC-26细胞种植于30只鼠的皮下,随机分为3组,每组10只。第一组给予盐水(0.2 ml),每日三次。第二组在接种肿瘤当日给予丙谷酰胺(250 mg/kg,每日三次)。第三组种植肿瘤后第七天给予同样剂量的丙谷酰胺。盐水和丙谷酰胺均注入腹腔内,实验鼠的肿瘤全部能触到。在第11天,治疗组鼠的肿瘤明显比对照鼠的为小。自第11天至21天,第二组鼠的肿瘤始终明显缩小,但第3组鼠的肿瘤缩小直到第21天,与对照鼠相比才有显著差异。在
The author’s experimental studies have confirmed that human gastric, colonic mucosa, and adenocarcinomas of the stomach and colon contain specific receptors for gastrin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of glutamate on the growth of MC-26 colon cancer, which is responsive to gastrin, and to prolong the life of tumor-bearing mice. In experiment 1, 1×10~5MC-26 cells were implanted into the skin of 30 rats and randomly divided into 3 groups of 10 mice each. The first group was given saline (0.2 ml) three times daily. The second group was given progamine (250 mg/kg three times daily) on the day of tumor inoculation. The third group was given the same dose of glutamine on the seventh day after the tumor was implanted. Both saline and glutamate were injected into the abdominal cavity, and all the tumors of the experimental mice could be touched. On the eleventh day, the tumors of the treated mice were significantly smaller than those of the control mice. From the 11th day to the 21st day, the tumors of the second group of mice were always significantly reduced, but the tumors of the third group of mice were reduced until the 21st day, and there was a significant difference compared with the control mice. in
