利用自制的焊接工作台 ,在TIG焊基础上 ,对新型Cr30Mo2超纯铁素体不锈钢施焊。焊接过程中对焊缝和热影响区附加拖罩和背衬的Ar气延续保护。对焊接接头质量进行宏观和X射线探伤检验 ;借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜 (SEM)、透射电镜 (TEM)分析焊缝组织特征和冲击断口形貌 ;按国家标准测试焊接接头的力学性能。研究结果表明 ,在焊接接头上未发现任何焊接缺陷 ,焊缝质量良好 ;其强度、延性和韧性均达到母材水平 ,特别是在焊缝和热影响区未出现脆化现象 ,冲击韧性值较高。冲击断口形貌特征为韧窝断口形貌。
Using the homemade welding table, the new Cr30Mo2 ultrapure ferritic stainless steel is welded on the basis of TIG welding. Welding process of the weld and heat affected zone additional dragging and backing Ar gas extended protection. The quality of the welded joint was examined by macro and X-ray inspection. The microstructure and fracture morphology of the welded joint were analyzed by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The mechanical properties of the welded joint were tested according to the national standard. The results show that no weld defects are found on the welded joint and the quality of the weld is good. The strength, ductility and toughness all reach the base metal level, especially in the weld and the heat affected zone, the impact toughness value high. Impact fracture morphology is dimple fracture appearance.
