本项目以甘肃特色药材红芪为研究对象,针对目前红芪产量不稳、质量波动、缺乏全面系统的质量评价标准、经济效益不明显等问题,紧密结合生药学、中药化学、计算机科学、生态学等学科的研究方法,采用HPLC-MS,GC-MS,LCMS,原子吸收光谱等分析技术,对红芪中活性成分积累规律及其影响机制进行研究;确立活性成分的质量控制标准,建立红芪专属含量测定方法;在此基础上,对其产地适应性进行分析,选择红芪的最佳适生区域,并探讨环境对其质量的影响,揭示其道地性成因;系统、全面、规范研究红芪的药材品质,建立质量评价方法、指标体系、质量评价模式。
This project takes Radix Hedysari, a characteristic medicinal material of Gansu Province, as the research object. In view of the current problems of instability and quality fluctuation of Radix Astragali, lack of a comprehensive and systematic quality evaluation standard, obvious economic benefits and so on, the project closely integrates crude pharmacy, Chinese traditional medicine, computer science, ecology And other disciplines of research methods, the use of HPLC-MS, GC-MS, LCMS, atomic absorption spectrometry and other analytical techniques to study the accumulation of active ingredients in Radix Astragali and the mechanism of its impact; establish the quality control of active ingredients, the establishment of red On the basis of which, we analyzed the adaptability of its origin, chose the best suitable area of Radix Hedysari, and explored the influence of environment on its quality, and revealed the cause of its origin; systematically, comprehensively and standardized Research Radix Astragalus medicinal quality, establish quality evaluation method, index system, quality evaluation mode.
