目的观察加味生化汤联合催产素肌肉注射治疗药物流产后出血的临床疗效。方法将100例药物流产的早孕妇女随机分为加味生化汤联合催产素肌肉注射之治疗组(50例)与单用催产素之对照组(50例),患者于用药后7、10、20d分别来院复查,了解阴道出血、宫腔B超检查情况。结果治疗组阴道出血量少于对照组,出血时间亦短于对照组。结论加味生化汤联合催产素肌肉注射治疗药物流产后出血的疗效肯定,完全流产率高,阴道出血量少、出血时间短、恢复快。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Biochemical Decoction combined with oxytocin intramuscular injection in the treatment of bleeding after medical abortion. Methods 100 pregnant women with medical abortion were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) treated with Modified Biochemical Decoction combined with oxytocin intramuscular injection and control group (50 cases) treated with oxytocin alone. Patients were divided into treatment group To review the hospital to understand vaginal bleeding, uterine B ultrasound examination of the situation. Results The treatment group vaginal bleeding less than the control group, bleeding time is also shorter than the control group. Conclusions Modified Biochemical Decoction combined with oxytocin intramuscular injection is effective in treating post-abortion bleeding, with a high rate of complete abortion, less vaginal bleeding, shorter bleeding time and faster recovery.
