目的:建立气相色谱法测定更昔洛韦中甲醇、乙酸乙酯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺3种有机溶剂残留量的方法。方法:采用Elite-5毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),程序升温,FID检测器,检测器温度为300℃,进样口温度为120℃,顶空平衡温度为90℃,顶空平衡时间为20 min,以二甲亚砜为溶剂。结果:3种有机溶剂完全分离,且线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.8%~100.3%。结论:本方法操作简便,重复性好,准确可靠。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of residual organic solvents in ganciclovir methanol, ethyl acetate, N, N-dimethylformamide by gas chromatography. Methods: The temperature was programmed with Elite-5 capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) with a FID detector at a detector temperature of 300 ° C, an inlet temperature of 120 ° C, a headspace equilibrium temperature of 90 ° C, Empty equilibrium time of 20 min, with dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent. Results: The three organic solvents were completely separated and the linear relationship was good. The average recoveries ranged from 98.8% to 100.3%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible, accurate and reliable.
