日前,《殡葬管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)由第225号国务院令正式发布实施.《条例》比较全面、系统地规范了新时期殡葬管理工作,为新时期强化殡葬管理提供了重要的法律依据.
Recently, the “Funeral Management Ordinance” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) was formally promulgated and implemented by Order No. 225 of the State Council. “The Regulations” comprehensively and systematically regulate the work of funeral and interment in the new period and provide an important Legal basis.
